Local Pickup

Local pickups are not guaranteed to be available the same day or next day. In most cases the standard 5 to 7 Processing and Shipping will apply for orders that request the local pick up option. Please contact us by email info@stylezbygianna.com to assure same day/ next day pick up will be available before placing your order.
 

Luxury Bundles

 

All Luxury Virgin Hair Extensions will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 Business Days. (Weekends and Holidays NOT Included)  Confirmation email and tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.  

 

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PURCHASES-NO REFUNDS 

 

**EXCHANGES ONLY FOR PRODUCT THAT MAY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED IN ERROR WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Product MUST NOT have been worn, unwrapped, or tampered with in any way! 

 

All exchanges are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 days after product is received. 

 

 

Luxury Units

 

Please note that it is very important to provide the Correct head measurements for all custom units. 

 

Failure to do so will result in a full price charge of Unit Reconstruction Fee. All Luxury Virgin Hair Units will be constructed and shipped within 14 to 21 Business Days. (Weekends and Holidays NOT Included) 

 

In the event of a high volume in unit orders currently in progress or any unforeseen issues, construction and shipping may vary and possibly be extended a few days, Confirmation email and tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.

Luxury Ready to Ship Units

 

All units are pre-made. Please be sure to read ALL unit details before purchase.    

 

Ready to Ship Units will be shipped 24 to 48 hours immediately after your payment is processed.  (Weekends and Holidays NOT Included) 

 

Confirmation email and tracking number will be sent once order has been processed.

Shipping Address

 

Please be sure to enter your CORRECT shipping address. Street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.  Once packages are received by USPS or FedEx, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your items. We DO NOT ship to P.O boxes. ALL Packages require a signature upon delivery.
